Can a G5 PowerMac run windows?

sounds like a stupid question but im switching from PC to mac & am looking at a used PowerMac G5 dual core 2.3 & was wondering if it can run windows as well.
help?
its from june 2006, running 10.4 tiger if that helps

Black Macbook C2D 2GHz 3GB RAM 250GB HD iPhone 4 iPad 3G
It can run Windows, but not like the Intel Macs. You can't dual boot into Windows and you can't run virtualization programs like Parallels or VMWare Fusion. The only option you have is the ridiculously slow VirtualPC.
