Ringtone Folder iTunes

I have a short mp3 file in my iTunes music library that I would like to transfer to the 'Ringtones' folder on iTunes. How do you do this?

I know how to transfer a file to the 'Movie' , 'TV Show' or 'Audiobook' folder but not 'Ringtones'.

Please help.
