I recently loaded Boot Camp and Windows xp onto my new Mac Book Pro and now it will not open any MS Office apps when I boot back into the Mac Side. I have not loaded Office on the windows side. I am wondering if MS has some kind of trap door or something preventing me from using office on the mac side.

Help!!!

No, there's no trap door. The two partitions are mutually exclusive.

What happens when you try to open one of the MS Office applications? Error messages or a description of the events that transpire would be helpful. Thanks.

Did your Macbook Pro come with a trial version of Office pre-installed? That has to be removed prior to installing Office 2004/2008.
