Parallels Stuck?

for some reason i cannot get to the windows main screen. every time i click reset all i get is this..



i've tried restarting my mac and nothing works. anyone have an idea of what's going on?

You may need to re-install XP.

This is what I had to do when I could not gain access. Then I made a copy/clone to save time in case it happened again.
