this is annoying the **** out of me. a month ago, just outta nowhere, this KbdMgr.exe (Keyboard Manager, in Program Files/Boot Camp/) will restart my Leopard Bootcamp every single **** time. i removed it from the Startup list and I can use Windows just fine, except all the keys on the top row do NOT work, including volume control and EJECT button!!

someone please tell me what to do...

Not personally. I've toyed with one or 2 years ago, but I have no idea what apps they were. I was surprised that there were no reviews for any of those. I'd start with a freebie with a recent update history to be sure it's under active development and try it.

Apple's keyboard manager likely doesn't do anything some of these won't do... Apple really just provides it out of convenience and to maintain the functionality Mac users already expect.
