You can't import your music from your iPod. And even if you could, why would you want to delete the music in iTunes to do so?

If you have the latest iTunes update, the best way to delete your library is just to leave it playing for a couple days. It has a bug that will delete the songs for you :) Ok seriously, just select all the songs and delete them and when it asks if you want to delete the original source files too just say yes. That should clean all files from your Mac (if thats really what you want to do). Then you can use Senuti or iPodDisk or many others to do what you want to do.
