Conversion from Windows Video Files to iTunes

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could provide advice on how best to convert avi. and other windows file extensions to Itunes compatible video files.

Get yourself a converting program like iSquint, ffmpegX, or VisualHub. Then convert the video to the h.264 format.
