I am headed to Anchorage for 6 months and want to have wireless. My hotel room doesn't offer any internet capability. I have a 13 " macbook with no pc card slot. I know there is usb modems out there, but they all seem not have coverage in Alaska. Does anyone have a clue as to how I can access the internet through a usb port modem while I am there?

Thanks

If you have a mobile phone you may be able to use it as a modem with a data package from your airtime provider.

Mikesmith2 mentioned about the only other way I can think of. Though the speed will likely be pretty slow and might be expensive. Maybe there is a coffee shop near by that will have wireless access.
