Hooking up 360 to G4 via DVI to HDMI?

is there a way to do this with this cable? is there a way to do it with any cable?

I hooked up DVI to my G4, then the other end of the hdmi to my xbox but it didnt do anything.

Is there a way to change inputs or something of that sort on the lap top?
