I recommended to a few friends at the start of the year to get Apple shares... one of them argued about it pretty vociferously - I couldn't help but send the 'told you so' email

So... if you had your eyes on things this time last year, you could have more than doubled your money. Apple and Mastercard were the only two investments I made in 2007, and both have trashed the market and then some.
