Yesterday I called up Mac1 (my local Apple store here in Australia) and see if my new iMac had arrived with the JBL Spot speaker system that I ordered. On www.apple.com.au the speakers are advertised for $179 however on the phone I was told they were $240. Does anyone know why they are selling them for more than whats advertised on the Apple website? I realise that they are a reseller but but all of the products they sell there are the same price on the Apple website. Does anyone know what my rights are?
