Hi all, first time poster....

For the last coupe of months I've been recieving an SSID "hpsetup" from one of the flats surrounding me, presumably from a wireless printer. It's become increasingly frustrating, as everytime I wake my iBook up from sleep, it connects to it instead of my SSID.

Is there any way I can block these networks? I've found details that suggest you can do it in XP by only choosing to display insfrastructure networks, is there anything similar in OS X?

10.5 - System Preferences - Network - Airport - Advanced
Add your network into the Preferred Networks box and delete the others - it will then auto join your own network.

Similar in 10.4 - but don't think you have to click on advanced.
