Hmm, can't see much of a motor in the pic. It looks like model/diorama. Do you have any details on exactly what this is?

to me, it looks like the white truck underneath the front has it hitched on like you would have a mobile home hitched on. maybe its the trucks little engine that moves the thing.

The term may be a usage that's not heard much anymore, short for motor car or motor vehicle. Car = motor. The usage survives in names of companies and dealerships: General Motors, Ford Motor Co., Fly-By-Night Motors — Bad Credit? NO PROBLEM!

Ah, thanks for the info. Somehow that thought didn't come to me at 3:30 in the morning. Still, I would like to see the actual motor, and the entire drivetrain.

Is this a toy of some super-rich oil tycoon in UAE or something? (guessing by the picture in the pic and the obvious expense)

you guys are right the owner is a member of the ruling family in the UAE, a very wealthy person, This truck does move and no its not being towed be the white truck infront of it. it runs on a deisel engine, the back of it is actually a house there is a number of bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. It was on the discovery channel a few months back, his vehicle inventory is very large he likes to collect or have cars built to his specfications as you can see in this pic.
