iMac and USB Wireless Mouses

So since the USB on the iMac is on the rear does this effect the performance of the mouse? I am considering a MX revolution mouse but am afraid having the usb receiver in back could be an issue

You could always use the USB ports on the keyboard.

I am going to get the new wireless which I believe does not have the usb ports
