Does anyone have the direct link to the online help on the Apple website? I know it just appears randomly sometimes when you load a page but despite loading several different pages (and reloading) I can't seem to find it now.

I've never heard of online support from Apple. I've always had to call in. Have you used it before?

I need some online support.

Just been passed around 6 different departments on the phone in a total of 30 minutes and in the end they put me on hold and disconnected! :(

Very unhappy with Apple support so far. No-one seems to know what the other department does, or even care.
