Java for OS 9.1

I have already asked this in another post but I'mstarting a new thread because I need a new title to catch your eye!

I have looked at the How to' stuff on a chatroom site and it says I need the Java RTE.
I followed the link to get it but could only find anything for OS X. Can I get it for 9.1? And, if so, where?

Thanks for any help

Apple's Macintosh Runtime for Java can be downloaded at

http://developer.apple.com/java/download.html

This is the latest version for the Classic Mac OS, but it still does not (and never will) support Java2 applications, since Apple stopped developing it long ago. For those, you'll need OS X.
