How to do "WEB 2.0" style reflections: PS-CS3 - video by me

Hi folks. Just made a short video tutorial (MOV) on how to create "WEB 2.0" style reflections in Photoshop CS3.

I use Mac OS X, but the same technique applies to Windows version of CS3.

Props please; IE, am I a good teacher?

I know one way of doing it but im sure their is a better way!

Watched it and its good i found it easy to understand/watch.
Only thing that was strange was seeing the mouse move without me doing anything.
