Hello-

I've noticed, text boxes on web pages always look the same on my Mac, whereas on Windows, they can be styled with CSS. Is there a way around this?

Thanks.

Pretty sure CSS should be styling them with the exact code. Can you bring up the same text box in FF on a mac and a PC and show they are different? I have had no problems styling my own in the past..

I think Matrix means that Safari does not show input and textarea stylings the same as FF, Opera, etc.

For example open my contact form in FF and Safari http://jakenoblewebs.co.uk/contact.php

On my machine it styles the inputs in FF, but in Safari they are just white.

For me, both Safari and FF display www.google.com as a plain white textbox with that ugly beveled effect.

On Windows, that box has a 1px light blue border and no bevel.
