How do I access a shared folder on a windows computer in the house?

I have a windows box on the other side of the house and I would like to wirelessly access the shared folder to move some files so I wouldn't have to waste dvds to do it. How do I set that up on the windows xp side and how do I access it from here?

Setting it up on Windows side is a pain, though you might just get lucky with that Home and office network setup wizard. As for your mac, there is no setup needed.
