I think I hit them all...

I'm a NYT kind of guy. I just found out today that my campus gives them out daily. And I was going to subscribe...

I'm more of a fan of USA Today, but I also read a lot of the local papers (there are 2 main ones here). Just like you, I was about to subscribe when I noticed that there are paper bins all over my campus (University of Utah) and all I have to do is use my student ID to unlock them. We get the NYTimes, USA Today, Salt Lake Tribune, Deseret News, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today.

Ah! We have the same things on my campus (Kent State University). We only get NYT and USA though.

...not that I would read much else. Maybe the Wall Street Journal.

Not really a fan of most major news papers, they generally seem biased. Wall street journal on the other hand, that keeps me from doing anything too stupid with my investments :)

Other- The Economist.

They're technically a news magazine, but they refer to themselves as a newspaper because that's what they started out as. I like it because they don't cover pointless celebrity news or murder trials of rich people. They only cover substantive news (aka the stuff that really has an effect on the world).

I read my local Paper named The Modesto Bee - City of 200K plus paper. For the rest of my news I use the Internet.

I plan on doing a news magazine poll next.

I want The Economist so much. But even a student subscription is >$70. The writing in that magazine is at such a higher level than most other news sources. I get by on Newsweek for now :/

Yeah, I did the half year student subscription for $39. It's well worth it in my opinion.

Ack, you left out my fav, The LA Times! We get THREE papers (poor trees). Guess I'm just a rabid reader. ;D My husband is the sports section kind of guy.

The LA Times (Thu-Sun), The Press-Enterprise (county newspaper....VERY large county (daily) and The San Diego Union-Tribune (Wed-Sun). The last one is really only for the Thursday Night & Day Section with concerts, plays, reviews 'cause it's WAY too conservative for me. We're only an hour away from SD, but it's hard to go to a store locally and find one. And tons of stuff on the net. I know, TMI. Sorry! Jennifer

The only print papers I read are the Journal of the Amercian Medical Association, the Sunday edition of the ChicagoTribune, and my local town paper. Otherwise I generally catch news on the run wether it be television or the internet.
