Was transfering an audio file and got disconnected. Tried to open the partial file and OS opened *unarchiving file* window. Realized it was not working, clicked cancel. DIDn't work, force quit doesn't show it. It won't go to trash. It's just there!. Open terminal, type top. There it is, using 80% CPU. Copy PID, reopen terminal, kill PID - Poof! Problem solved! That has gotta rule! :)
