Hi there,

The new Apple Store in Glasgow opens up Next Saturday (25th August), and imm gonna go down for launch and get my free t-shirt & purchase my new Mac Mini (or iMac 20" Depending on if i have enough money).

My question is regarding the student Discount, i am have had my interview (got in) and am erolling on Thursday.....so i'm dont think i will have a Student ID in time....what other proof would they accept do you think?

They didn't ask for me to verify any information online, but you have to click through a "You better be a student or else" disclaimers. I just had to click what school I go to.

When I purchased my Mac online I wasn't required to show any proof. I don't know if you are going to be required to show proof when you purchase in store.

Yes you will need to show proof in the store. Anything that shows you're registered there is fine. Or if you have your student e-mail account, you can log in at the store and that will count also.
