Design Program

Does anyone know of a good mac freeware type program for design - I use Indesign at work but cant afford to buy if for home use, so presently dont have any design software on my mac and I have a few things I'd like to do.

If you know of any good freeware etc software I could try would appreciate the links.

Scribus for layout.

GimpShop for image editing.

InkScape for vector-based drawing.

Not necessarily freeware but cheap compared to Illustrator, EasyDraw, LineForm or ZeusDraw.
