Each member can post one photo in this thread each month.
The photo needs to be taken in the month covered in the thread title.
The photo cannot be larger than 800x600.
Please include the camera you took the picture with and the date of the picture in the description.
This thread is about sharing your photo not discussing technique, opinions of what is art, or to make disparaging comments on someone's picture. If you would like to discuss those things, please start a new thread.

Here's one I took on the 30th July but didn't get round to posting until now, Its a sun daisy opening up to the lovely sunshine we are having here in the UK (makes a change :Smirk: ):

Some really great pictures folks. But those 2 pictures really stand out of the punch. SLUX hope you don't mind I am using your picture as the Wallpaper on my MacBook.

Rico, great pix on your Devian Art page too man. And I see you were Myrtle Beach, thats about an hour from where I am. Great Pictures.

What a beautiful flower (and picture!). I have never seen one like this before. Do the yellow leaves open all the way or do they stay like they are in the photo?

Disneyland, Aug 1.

I can't believe the water came out so magnificent, the saturation makes me love this fantasy-like picture. I renewed my Annual pass that day and I took it while waiting in line for Big Thunder Mountain, i don't remember the water looking so great! :P Well, here is the Exif Information:

you should crop out the bottom of it, the flash it too noticeable. The rest of it is really good though.

I did tweak the picture ever so slightly.

Nothing wrong with tweaking a pic, balancing the colour. Photo's aren't reality, just representations of reality. Great image!

I assume "nothing fancy" refers to the camera and not the car! Great shot of a beautiful car. Did you do the work yourself?

Rigged my camera in the only tree in my backyard today, and very carefully hovered the helicopter up into the field of view, came close to trimming some leaves. I'm going to shoot this again soon but with a better composition as using the 20mm is too wide and distorted.
