In honor of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (aka Harry Potter 3) being released today in America, I thought I'd ask if anyone has seen it yet. If so, what did you think? If not, why not?

I am definitely planning on seeing it, preferably this weekend, if my parents will let me. :)

I am a little disappointed that I won't get to see it on opening day, but I'm sure the movie will be super awesome.

I read the review, and it sounds fabulous. :D

Saw it, it was ok. Entertaining, but seemed a little "incomplete" to me. New Dumbledore is a change, and the production values have changed. The movie's a bit "darker" and the filming seemed more grainy. I give it a B-

Yes, the movie is much darker, and while entertaining, it became utterly predicatable by the end. Plus, never once did I felt compelled to care about any of the characters. So, unlike the previous 2 installments, I did not find myself "participating" in the events, but merely an outsider, or an audience member, so to speak. The story wasn't as engaging and there never seemed to be a huge crisis, or a big bad enemy that kept us at the edge of our seats. I'm just hoping the later 2 movies, and especially the 5th, will be much better. I've already heard that the 5th and final chapter (at least, until J.K. Rowlings writes more) deals with Harry and Dumbledore as they fight to regain control of Hogwarts after it's taken over by "the ministry," whoever they are.

I heard it was the best one so far. I also heard the new Dumbledor isn't very good...but when you change in the middle of filming, there isn't much you can do. The 3rd book is a bit darker, so I would only expect the third movie to be darker. I'm seeing it this weekend, and can't wait.

Personally I think Wizardry=Fagotry. That isn't a word, by the way, so it means nothing.
