Mac system font in logo design

I don't see why not. People use MS and Mac system fonts all the time in logos without any issues. The WORST thing that could happen would be a take down request by Apple or the original font creator, but there's a better chance of you suffocating from a plastic bag than that happening.

I think any system fonts used in OS's are pretty much open use. They're so widely-used that it doesn't seem to be an issue. Maybe someone super bored can sift through an EULA to see if they can find anything.

I'm fairly certain system fonts are public domain fonts... like public domain music. It's free and you don't need permission to use it... it's in all the low budget films and stuff.
