Anyone knows whether the iPod video is same as iPhone or not? I have an iPod video converter (which can create 320x240 mp4 video), Do I also need the iPhone Video converter? I know iPod's screen is 320x240, while iPhone's screen is 480x320.
Any freeware is available?

Not sure but I use a program called visual hub. They recently added iPhone support.

I haven't seen anything stating that current iTunes videos will not work on an iPhone, so I think this is just something geared towards those who have no experience with Macs or iPods.

handbrake works great. My iPod smaller size rips work fine on this phone as well as larger sized rips I did a while back for the iMac however they wasted space being large file size so I reripped them. I don't think the iPhone is too picky as long as it is a type it supports
