I keep thinking I'll wait this out for Leopard but its getting annoying.

Sometimes I'll come on and it will say none of my trusted networks are available and try to get me on my neighbors open hub, and I'll have to hand select mine, half the time that works and I'm on, mildly annoying . Other times I have to re enter my WPA key, which is more annoying.

This is a recent development. Any ideas?

Also check your neighbor's channel setting with AirPort Radar and make sure your wireless network is set to a different channel.
