I have a very urgent problem ...
I tried to copy a video from a card in a card reader onto my iBook ...
however, it is unsuccessful .. the 'copying small window' shows that
the copying process remains where it is (2 more min to complete) after
a long time .... i tried to cancel the process but to no avail ...
so what I did was to 'relaunch' the Finder problem using the force quit option from the apple menu at the top left hand corner of screen .. and that's where my present problem starts ...
I seem unable to access Finder anymore ... so i can't eject my card reader ... nor can i access any documents in my hardisk ... I tried restarting or shutting down my iBook but it did not work ....
and the funny thing is that i can still use all the programs on my dock as per normal
I comtemplated that the problem may arise from the card reader but due
to the fact that i have imp material in the card, i decided against just
pulling it out without proper removal
so i'm presently keeping my iBook switched on ... and are unable to bring
it along to work because of the attached card-reader ...
please advice ......
