Book holder when writing a paper?

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a book holder that I could use while writing a paper. It would be brilliant if I didn't have to hold the book open with my elbow while I type on my laptop. It would be nice if there was something that help the book open at eye level next to my laptop.


Anybody seen anything like this?

I'm sure you can find something that does it, but if you have plywood you could make it yourself. All you'd have to do is make a base and slant the top at maybe a 45º angle and put something at the bottom to stop the book from sliding off. Then just open your book to the page you want and set it on there.
