What would be a external hardrive for my ibook G4?
It would need to have the following features
-Be very portable
-be able to stand a lot of plugging and un-plugging
-Over 100gb
-No external power supply
-less than 100$

Hi ot43ot! Welcome here!

We have two LaCie hard drives here, one a 160GB and another 500GB and they both work very well so as far as reliability goes, I think you would be safe with that choice.

Maybe other members have other suggestions, though.

Edited to add:

Other World Computing has its own line of external hard drives and they are made by Seagate, one of the, if not the best makers of hard drives IMO (they have the best hard drive warranty in the business, 5 years for their own brand... the OWC warranty is 2 years though). The OWC hard drive line is called the Mercury Elite and the OWC Mercury Elite USB 2.0 + 1.1 line might be a good choice as well.

Check it out! :girl:
