But on the upside, here in the PNW they have far better service than anyone else, and for someone like me who has a very basic phone (very basic Nokia without a camera, mainly because of where I work, I can't have a camera phone), it is wonderful.
Why doesn't Verizon just listen to customers complaints and FIX IT?
Instead of just expecting them to deal with it?
...although that seems to be what is happening...
