I had that loading problem at school at lunch. But I suspect it might be the school network as it's about just as quick as frozen molasses sometimes and I'm not even surfin'. Jeez!

I find that when ever Mac Forums is slow, it is because of "rotator juggler inetinteractive com". For some reason, what ever is coming from that site take forever to load some time.

Sometimes Safari loads the page 95%, but then stops so all I see is a white page below Mac-Forums links bar. If I click on the X to stop reloading the page - the page then loads ... Or if I click on another internal link here the page also decides to load before taking me away to another hung page. it's very frustrating!

Is this the same trouble you had iRye?

It's likely due because of some recent issues with the ad serving software. We're working on it. :)

Yeah, I always see it as "25 of 26 complete" in the status bar ... and the one thing that isn't there when I stop the dl is the ad.

This is actually Safari.

It's a default that prevents Safari from showing images when the page isn't loaded 100%. This is usually "pretty" or "eye-pleasing" because you don't see the page format live, you simply see a page pop up after it loads...To turn it off and have images display when loaded:

Open Terminal and enter defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitInitialTimedLayoutDelay 0.25 then defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitResourceTimedLayoutDelay 0.0001

You can change the timed out delay to a higher number if you're machine is an older model...

NO!

It's back to an extremely bad font. >< I restarted after cleaning 27GB of gunk out of my PB, this evil font comes.
