Is it possible to run an Xbox 360 on a 24'' iMac? There isn't a DVI cable for the 360, but you can buy a VGA cable and then get a VGA to DVI cable.

Will it work?

i don't believe that you can use the iMac as an external screen

No, because the iMac doesn't accept external inputs. It can only supply to an external monitor.

You can get it working through EyeTV from Elgato though. The EyeTV 250 has a Game mode that allows for zero latency game play. The quality isn't going to beat an HDTV, but it's good enough for me.

The Elgato system is kind of expensive though.

You may do better to just buy a smaller size LCD HDTV.

And very pure, yea either pick up a small HDTV or even a normal PC monitor...Personally I hope they add a feature in the future to enable this.

Bummer. I can live with running my capture card and playing using that.
