I just added another gig of RAM to my MBP and I can notice a massive difference.

I'm watching a DVD while running Text Wrangler and Photoshop. Under a gig PS was really slow in loading up PSDs and exporting to JPG, etc. I current have about 5 PSDs open and it's so fast. I can't wait to see CS3 - that will fly!

Anyway, for the money it cost me it's like having a whole new computer and just wanted to advise any 1 GIG Macbook Pro users to make the upgrade if they can.

Yeah it definitely makes a big difference. I'm pondering whether to buy a 2-Gig stick and shove it up my iMac to make a 2.5 GB machine. I don't know what to do with the 1GB stick then I already have...

As an aside, I bought the RAM from an Apple reseller and it was almost half what Apple where charging from their online store. Just a warning to anyone considering making the purchase. I saved enough to buy my beer this weekend. ;)
