Question about font

someone sent me a font with the extension .suit
I have no clue how to open it or anything. Help?? Sorry I'm not very computer savy

Tried dragging it to fontbook? never tried, just saying.

There is a good font converter I used a few days ago to convert PFB fonts to opentype (OS X can use TTF natively). It's called FontForge and it runs on X11. Fast, easy and free.

It's a font suitcase file, as Devilboy already indicated in his post. You don't open them directly, they simply contain the font data. You add them to your fonts folder in your Users/Library/Fonts folder, or via a Font manager program such as Suitcase or Apple's Font Book.
