13" White MacBook 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB RAM, 80GB HD.
Can you install Mac OS X on a home built PC. Lets say that I build a computer from scratch, can I install Mac OS X on it?

Not legally. It's against the EULA to install on anything but an Apple computer.

MBP CD 1.83/2ghz/7200 100g + Mini 2ghz C2D 2gb + Mini 1.42ghz G4 + PM 7200/120 + Newton OMP
I don't believe it's even possible, although there have been reports in the past about some people figuring out how to crack the installer...
