Problems with mighty mouse...or is it?

MacBook; 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM, 120GB Hard Drive
i have a bluetooth mighty mouse and everynow and then the scroller ball fails to scroll the page so i have to click the side bar... this problem then goes away ater 5mins.

has anyone else had this problem?
shall i send it back (its 4months old)

Your mouse likely has foreign particles under/around the scroller ball- I think I saw an article on Apple's site for how to clean it.
