what a rip i believ, you can make lower monthly payments on a car then that machine. i would immagine a Mac Pro would be alot better, and cheaper.

If it's a single chip Quad Core it would be in the same neighborhood as the MacPros, they simply have 2 dual Cores. It may have some advantages in the areas where efficiency counts more since it is a single chip, but would be about it.

Anand of Anandtech tried the new Quad Core Xenon CPU's in the Mac Pro and they worked perfectally. There is a review on Anandtech.

I think Dell has lost it's mind. It's a nice set up but for 5500 hundred dollars thats a little off base.I would buy a Mac Pro and a large display and run boot camp. Wait I already did that. Dell sells good monitors just there PC's are a rip in my opinion.

This sort of flips the whole who is selling the overpriced computer argument around. Sorry, but could never spend that kind of money on a Dell.

If I was going to spend 6 grand on a computer that would be my setup.

My setup monitor included costed around 3 grand
