ok, so i have a few questions.. this appletv will it work on "normal" tv's? or will it only work on HDTV's? is it just me or is this basically just a wireless av cable? seems a bit high priced for a wireless av cable.

I believe that your tv must have either HDMI or CONPONENT inputs...

Obviously, but the question is will it connect to a SDTV? Mine has component inputs, but since it's not E/HDTV, according to Apple, it won't work.

I'll need more info (don't even know what it is yet) to make a choice, but I usually want everything new (unfortunately!). I don't have an ipod yet though, so I'm showing a little bit of self control.
