mbp-G4 Airport not working after sleep

Only recently, I have noticed that the Airport does not see the wireless network on resume on my PowerBook G4. I have to reboot the machine to get it to work.
Can anyone help with this - I am new to Mac and dont know my way around. :dive:

Hi Amit,

Do you have wireless security enabled on your wireless router / access point?

I have found when using "WPA Personal" or "WEP" encryption that sometimes my MacBook does not see the wireless network. They way around this was to remove it from my list of wireless networks in OS X and then re-add it and the problem went away.
