Really need your help A.S.A.P

Hey guys!

I have a garageband project with over an hours worth of audio from a local production which i needed to edit etc to then burn to a CD.
Well this morning ive got up to use it and it says it cannot open the file because it is damaged.

Now silly me has made no backup but i have repaired permissions etc but it hasnt made a difference

Someone help me a.s.a.p!

THANK YOU so much, you may have just saved me, I didnt know that GB files were actually containers, but now ive managed to get everything back!

Managed to find ALL the audio, Pulse-8 I really do owe you one, you've beena HUGE help!

And yes logic user it definitly reminds me to backup more often *switches spare desktop on to start backing data up onto*
