I'm looking to replace my HDD with a bigger one, maybe 100Gig or something. I need some advice on what brand and speed to look for. Will it run a 7200? And a good place to find one. Thanks in advance.

MacPro 3.1
I've got a 100Gb@7200rpm hard drive on my PowerBook G4 and to be honest I wish I'd gone for the 120Gb@5600rpm.
