which podcasting plan is right for me?

ok i want to start hosting my own podcasts. i'm interesting in computer games and want to have my own weekly review podcasts for people to listen to. Now i've found 3 plans from:

Now which plan do u think would be suited to me as I have no idea how much bandwidth my weekly podcasts will use?

If you are starting out and don't all ready have a hosting service you should go with

Libsyn
or
Podcastspot

Both over unmettered bandwidth and good upload packages. There stats are also top notch. Similar in price but Podcastspot has a few more features and a free account that lets you get your feet wet.

I second the vote for Libsyn. Our show is hosted there and it couldn't be any easier to use.
