Yep that's me in except I'm slightly younger...Ironically I've just leave one Internet forum however it just seems to have ended spending more time on others :(

who spends approximately 30 hours a week on non-essential computer use.

What's considered "non-essential" computer use? I mean.. I use the computer a lot, I use it as part of my job, and at home for various activities, so what IS considiered non-essential, apart from the pr0n? ;)
