useing bluetooth to transfer ringtones to phone help?

sorry if this can't be asked on this site or if it been answered befor. i have a mac mini and a LG VX-9800 and i want to pair up the phone to use with bitpim so i could get my homemade ringtone on my cell but the program bitpim wount work finding the phone. but some other sites and people i know told me that i could do it and it works how u do it?

You should just be able to use the bluetooth software on your iMac to transfer files, I dont see any reason to have to use bitpim. To use the bluetooth on the iMac, click the B in the menu bar, then click set up device and follow the instructions.
