Apple is offering an online seminar dubbed Internet Streaming and Broadcasting Webcast -- See It Live, which is targeted to anyone producing or looking to produce streaming video.
The free seminar will be held Thursday, March 27, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 pm (Pacific). It will be hosted by Frank Casanova, Apple's director of QuickTime Product Marketing. Featured products will include QuickTime Pro, QuickTime Streaming Server, QuickTime Broadcaster, Discreet Cleaner, Mac OS X Server, Xserve, and Xserve RAID.
Participants will learn how to use these products and look at MPEG-4, how to create video streaming programs, and how to take advantage of video-on-demand. To view the Webcast you'll need Netscape or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher (Safari isn't mentioned as a supported Web browser) and QuickTime 6.0 or higher.
