I'm planning on buying an ibook in the future and was wondering if in imovie or final cut pro HD has a dvd menu option. I know with nero you can create menus but do any of these programs give you the option of a really high end menu like real dvd's have? Thanks!

No, these programs themselves do not offer a DVD menu creation option.

However, a program called iDVD comes bundled on all new Macs, it is the program that handles all of the things you're wanting.
