...my Nano that I bought a few days ago?

It cost the same as the new ones but haf the capacity!!
Do Apple swap them if they update within a certain time?
I bought it from a reseller - not Apple directly.

Any advice? Thanks!

It would be based on your resellers policy then, not apple.

Same thing happened when the 4th gen iPods came out, I had purchased my dad a 3rd gen a few days earlier, but brought it back with receipt (didn't even have a box) and they gave me a full refund on a gift card since the 4th gen's weren't in yet

Hmmm. I'll try tomorrow I think. Like the look of the aluminium...

[EDIT] Actually I think i'll sleep on it. The more I look at the new one, the more I like mine. Hmmmm. Beauty vs capacity...
