I've got a MacBook and, needless to say, I want to pack more punch. I was just wondering what you guys have/would recommend for a MacBook. I'd say my price range is 100-$200.

Logitech X-530.

I love these things.

And Newegg is overpriced then. I got same set for $50 bucks. Sam's club a year ago and Amazon sells them for $50 as well right now.

Maybe you meant to add another zero to the 530 and change the x to a z, b/c then for that price z-5300 sounds more right.

I concur. The Logitech all the way. I have used lots of speaker systems with PCs over the years, and the Logitech sounds better (and LOOKS better) than all of them put together. You won't go wrong.
